Theresa is an unstoppable support for sustainable structural changes that thwart homelessness and for a service system that can effectively identify, respond and urge people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. MOSS delivers crisis, transitional, health, volunteer and capacity building programs to homeless people of all ages and in a range of circumstances but has a notable focus and expertise in active with children. To deliver this service housing assistance ohms have what are called initial assessment and planning (AP) workers. The Australian and Victorian governments fund specialist homelessness services to assist people find housing and get promote if they need it. Some of these services provide housing service s while other provide support services. Homelessness support services work with people who are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless. This includes trying to find accommodation, making safe people have food and ensuring they get medical treatment if it is required. Encourage services also deliver case management. The purpose of these access points is to assess needs, priorities and join people to the services and resources they need. Maximum of the 19 transitional housing managers (ohms) discussed in the Housing services section are a designated access point.
