Pop on in for a yarn, we'll have you hooked in no time. Want more than a hangover from the party you are organizing? Thread Den is a sewing lounge boasting numerous teachers offering sewing, craft, dressmaking, vintage glamour and hen's parties. You don't have to bring a sewing machine or any equipment. Classes are delivered in a relaxed, social style and at Thread Den we're mindful that Melbourne's fresh ladies and gents are short of time, so we donate an alternative to Institute Programs. Our classes are broken into short courses and weekend workshops. These are scheduled in the evenings and on weekends around. You don't have to have completed our Sewing Basics for Beginners Course to undertake a class we can have a chat about your aptitude smooth and see what you can take on. We also present a drop in Sewing Lounge but you must be able to sew independently in the Sewing Lounge. You don't need any experience at all to join in this workshop. For students who have completed the Sewing Basics. This slick workshop will introduce honest one or two fresh sewing skills. For students who have completed the Sewing Basics and are optimistic sufficient to tackle a scanty fresh techniques and skills. Dressmaking and pattern making workshops are recommended for students who have experience sewing at minimum a skirt, blouse and dress.
